Biscuits are two types that is soft biscuit and hard biscuit which differ in the formula, process and forming method used. Normally, the hard biscuit production line consists of a feeding machine (if soda cracker or chocolate coated biscuit need another lamination process), dough roller group (sheeting through rolling then through roller cutting machine, waste material recovery devices, inlet oven machine and biscuit forming complete line).

In the case of the soft biscuit production line, the cookie biscuit production line only needs a forming machine and an inlet oven machine to form a complete set. If customers want to get more types and characteristics of biscuits, they can allocate sugar & salt sprinkling machines, egg spraying machines, calico printing machines, etc. What makes the formed biscuits delicious is the oven.
