The CBZ500 Popping Boba Production Line is a leading-edge manufacturing system that aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of making popping boba. One of its key features is the new depositing system, which is run by a servo motor and uses distribution plates rather than conventional nozzles. The maximum number of bobas that can be produced per depositor is 198, regardless of the size of the common nozzle. However, this can be achieved only by the new distribution plate that can vary the number of deposition holes depending on the size of the boba. 816 pieces per depositing can be reached by 8-10mm size boba. Moreover, it is simpler to change, wash, and mount the new distribution plate than the old nozzle, which saves both labor and time costs.

Cooking system
The CBZ500 production line raw material processing part where the sodium alginate solution, syrup and others are cooked. This consists of two cookers, two storage tanks and transfer pumps. It is provided with a high speed shearing machine and 3 layers insulation jacket. For upgrading to CBZ500S, plate heat exchangers and coolers should be added for better ingredients processing efficiency.
Depositing System
CBZ500 is built on CBZ200 which adds a depositor that enables it to double its capacity to 500kg per hour. On the other hand, CBZ500S doubles its capacity twice as much as what CBZ500 can do by upgrading two depositors into servo control. This means that they can now produce up to 1000 kg per hour.
